A night time view of Fazil Manzil. The windows emit an orange-yellow light. Within
the house there is a room called the Oriental Room, where Hazrat Inayat Khan would give interviews. We were allowed to
meditate in that room. If Fazil Manzil is a spiritual epicenter of the world, then the Oriental Room is the center of that epicenter.
Each time I meditated there was a different and powerful experience, but one
time was particularly remamrkable. I was awash in the most incredible golden light, a color of gold that I had never
experienced before, that was living, and where I could have lived forever. It was the color of ambrosia, that can only be
seen with the inner eyes. The light in the windows suggests that golden
color.
